Jaunpur The MP-MLA court (MP-MP-MP) has come on Thursday in the Belav Ghat double murder case of Jaunpur. Former MP Dhananjay Singh was acquitted in this case. Let us know that this double murder took place on 1 April 2010 in the Kerakat Police Station area.
Sanjay Nishad and Nandlal Nishad were shot dead at Belav Ghat on the day of the incident. The police had accused 5 people including Dhananjay Singh in this case. These included Ashutosh Singh and Puneet Singh.
In the initial investigation, the police gave a clean chit to all the accused. The investigation of the case was then handed over to CBCID. CBCID (CBCID) filed a charge sheet in the court after investigation. The case was going on in the court of ADJ First MP Singh. Now the court acquitted Dhanananjay Singh after reviewing all the evidence.
Dhananjay Singh said- there was always confidence in getting justice
After acquitting, former MP Dhananjay Singh said that I was always confident of getting justice from the judiciary. Finally got justice after 15 years. The whole matter was political and I was deliberately implicated.
I was an MP at that time and went to attend a meeting. An attempt was made to implicate me by giving me a political color. I was expelled from the party, also prevented from entering the district. Even Section-144 was installed in the district. You know everything. Today a decision has been taken in the same case. This matter was pulled very long, it took about 15 years, then justice was found.
This was a completely politically motivated case. In the incident that took place in 2010, CBCID also filed its report. Still an investigation was done again. There were elections in 2012. Some people wanted us to go to jail.
