Sadhguru has told his devotees a home and simple solution to get rid of problems like sore throat, cold-cough, mucus etc. during the monsoon.

Avoid consuming dairy products.

If you are consuming dairy products during the monsoon, then avoid or reduce their consumption. Dairy products like curd, buttermilk, lassi increase the risk of throat infections. Therefore, do not consume dairy products for a few days during the monsoon. Consuming dairy products increases the production of mucus. Now you can try a home remedy to get rid of it. For this, grind 8-10 black peppercorns. Remember, do not grind them completely but make them coarse. Now take this mixture in a bowl and mix a spoonful of honey in it. Keep this mixture overnight and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. This will remove all the mucus problems in the throat. Also, this will remove all the throat problems.

Do Pranayama.

Sadhguru has shared another remedy that can boost your immune system. Doing so will reduce your risk of illness. This second way is pranayama. By doing pranayama daily, you can make your health healthy and strong. Apart from this, you can do any type of yoga practice, doing so will not only improve your physical but also your mental health.

Black pepper and turmeric

To get rid of a sore throat, you can use black pepper and turmeric available at home. For this, grind black pepper and turmeric and consume it. This can also cure asthma, sinusitis or problems with mucus in the throat. For this, Sadhguru said that grind 5-6 fresh basil leaves, ginger and black pepper and mix them with honey. Then consume it before going to bed at night. This will automatically get rid of a sore throat. He has clarified that these remedies of Sadhguru are medically proven.
