If Muharram is celebrated on 7 July, public holiday can be announced in Muslim -majority states like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana and West Bengal. An official notification may be released soon regarding this. As far as the stock market is concerned, the market is going to be open due to lack of public holidays on this day and the trade will continue in general.
