Oats pancake made at home today, see recipe

People prefer to consume products made of oats for breakfast. Oats is a very healthy food, which provides energy to the body as well as protein, fiber, iron etc. By eating oats, the body is full of energy throughout the day. Due to the presence of fiber, it keeps the stomach full for a long time, it saves you from eating more and your weight is also controlled. People eat oats in milk and eat as sweet dishes or like to eat salty oats. We are telling you the breakfast recipe made of oats which you would not have eaten before. This recipe is spicy oats pancake. Yes, you may have eaten pancakes, but you have rarely made or eaten oat pancakes. Let us know what materials are required to make spicy oats pancake for healthy breakfast and what is its recipe.

  • Wheat flour – half cup
  • Regular oats – 1 cup
  • Onion – half finely chopped
  • Egg – One
  • Buttermilk or milk – a cup
  • Capsicum – 1/2 chopped
  • Carrot- 1/2 finely chopped
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Baking powder – half teaspoon
  • Baking Soda – Half Spoon
  • Cumin Powder – Half Spoon
  • Chili powder- half teaspoon
  • Oil or butter – required

I am sharing the recipe for making oats, banana, buttermilk pancake and my breakfast routine

  1. First of all grind the oats in a mixer like flour.
  2. Now put it in a bowl. Add cumin powder, chili powder, baking powder, baking soda, wheat flour and mix well.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well. Take another bowl. Add buttermilk, egg, chopped onion and mix well.
  4. Pour this liquid into a dried mixture of oats and mix well.
  5. Now add finely chopped carrots, capsicum, salt as per taste and mix.
  6. Place a pan on the gas and heat it well.
  7. Add oil as required to it. When the oil or butter becomes hot, add a tablespoon of oats to it.
  8. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn up and cook until the golden brown on the other side.
  9. Take it out in a plate. Delicious and healthy spicy oats pancakes are ready. You can serve it hot with chutney or green chutney.
