After a long hiatus from the silver-screen Nargis Fakhri makes a striking comeback last month with the release of the much-awaited comedy film Housefull 5. In a new interview The actress make a jaw-dropping revelation about her health and fitness that left the host stunned as well. She shared that she fasts for nine days twice a year and during this period she survives on nothing but only water. Why Nargis Fakhri survives on water 9 days twice a year? In a candid conversation with Soha Ali Khan on Hautterflys YouTube channel Nargis confessed I do fasting twice a year no food at all just water for nine days. It’s very difficult. She added But once I’m done I’m telling you you look snatched. I mean the jawline is out the face is glowing. But I wouldn’t recommend it. While the transformations looks quite impressive but Nargis was quick to reveal that wellness isnt about taking extreme measures emphasising more on holistic approach. Everybody wants a quick fix but there’s no quick fix. It’s always a combination of things she said. Nargis credits good sleep hydration and a balanced diet for her sustained glow and overall health. “I sleep like eight hours a night. I also try to hydrate. Then also my food choices. Like I want foods that are nutritious and have vitamins and minerals in it she added. What are Nargis Fakhris upcoming projects?
