Israel Stocks: The Israeli stock market had a good day on Sunday, with the main stock index, the TA 35, climbing by 0.25%. This small but steady rise was enough to push it to a brand-new all-time high, showing strong confidence among investors. The gains were mostly led by companies in sectors like biomedicine, insurance, and finance, which have all been doing quite well recently.

One of the biggest winners of the day was Tower Semiconductor, which saw its share price rise by over 3%. Another strong performer was Ormat Technologies, a company involved in clean energy, which added about 2%. Harel Insurance also did great, going up by just over 2% and reaching its highest price ever. These kinds of gains suggest that investors are feeling optimistic about these companies’ futures, especially in sectors that deal with health, technology, and financial services.

But not every company had a great day. OPC Energy, which deals with electricity and power, fell by nearly 2%, and Shapir Engineering, a construction firm, dropped by about 1.4%. Real estate company Mivne also saw its stock price slide a bit. Still, the number of rising stocks outpaced those that fell, which is generally a good sign for the overall market mood.

In the commodities market, oil prices dipped slightly, with both major types of crude, WTI and Brent, falling by less than 1%. On the other hand, gold went up just a little, which usually happens when investors are trying to play it safe.

In currency exchange, the US dollar got a bit stronger against the Israeli shekel, going up by about 0.39%, and the euro also gained nearly 0.6%. However, the broader US Dollar Index, which measures the dollar against a basket of other global currencies, didn’t really move and stayed flat.

All in all, it was a positive day for the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Investors seem to be feeling more upbeat, especially in key industries, and the market’s momentum is pushing it into record territory.
