Google pixel 6A: A great news has come out for the users. The company of Google Pixel 6A has launched a special battery performance program for its popular smartphone users, under which users can get a battery replacement or compensation of up to Rs 8500 in Fri. This step is in response to the commissioners who came out about the problems to the phone’s battery and overheating. Google has given priority to the satisfaction of its customers through this program and has tried to ensure that Pixel 6A users get better experiences.
Many users along with Google Pixel 6A had filed complaints of poor battery performance and overheating. Given these problems, Google has launched a battery performance program. The company says, “Battery replacement program eligible Pixel 6A will be given a battery replacement without any fee without checking initial eligibility for the device and physical testing.” This program is starting from 8 July and along with this, many other options are being given to users.
Pixel 6A users have two main options under this program. First, they can turn their phone battery for free at the company’s service center. Second, if they do not want a battery replacement, they can take about 8500 rupees in cash or Google Store Credit. This credit can be used to buy a new Pixel device. Also, Google has also made it clear that cash cannot be available everywhere, as it depends on local rules.
Pixel 6A users have to visit Google’s dedicated eligibility page to take advantage of this offer. Here they have to enter the email address and IMEI number of the phone attached to their device. If a user is applying on behalf of his family or friend, he can use another email ID, but in this situation Google can ask for additional information so that verification can be done properly.
Google has reported that if there is any damage from liquid damage in your Pixel 6A device, or any damage due to pressing, it will not be in free battery replacement under this program. Also, if the phone has any kind of damage out of the warranty, such as the crack in a display or cover glass, then you may have to pay separate money for repairing.
