Rice is cooked daily in many houses. In such a situation, it is not a big deal if rice is left after eating. If you are tired of eating fried rice or there are no vegetables left in the house, then you can trust peanut rice. It neither takes much effort to make nor many ingredients. Ingredients

1 bowl of boiled rice or leftover

1 teaspoon soaked gram dal

1 teaspoon soaked urad dal

1 bowl of peanuts

Half teaspoon mustard seeds

2-3 finely chopped green chillies

1 finely chopped onion

Half lemon

3-4 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste

Method

- Heat oil in a pan or wok. After this, add mustard seeds to it.

- You can also use cumin seeds. You can also add a pinch of asafoetida and 3-4 curry leaves.

- As soon as the mustard seeds start crackling, add soaked gram dal and urad dal to it.

- Along with this, add peanuts and roast them well.

- After this, add boiled rice, finely chopped green chillies, and lemon juice to the pan and mix.

- Cook it on a low flame for 1-2 minutes. You can also use a lot of vegetables in it.

- After cooking, garnish with finely chopped coriander. You can serve chutney or raita with it.
