Jasprit Bumrah roars back in nets ahead of third Test vs England

New Delhi: Indian pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah was back in his best groove as the team trained ahead of the third Test against England at the Lords. Bumrah was left out of the second Test at Edgbaston after bowling a lot of overs in the first game in the series. Gautam Gambhir the head coach had said before the tour started that Bumrah would feature in only three test matches in the series without however providing the details.
Bumrah ready to trouble English batters
With the second Test rested Jasprit Bumrah is more than ready to trouble the England batters in the third game. According to a PTI report the Indian pacer did some tough net practice before the first Test at Lords bowling just under 45 minutes. He assigned also to his batting and stood at left-arm spin and throwdowns to brush up.
Bumrah focuses on batting
The speedster spent session in a high mood as he progressively bowled full throttle during the session. Bumrah is also expected to take the place of Prasidh Krishna who has not had a good tour yet. Left-arm seamer Arshdeep Singh also ran in hard in the nets as he sweated along with Bumrah during close to an hour.
Some of the important performers did not attend the training including the captain Shubman Gill KL Rahul Yashasvi Jaiswal Rishabh Pant Akash Deep and Mohammed Siraj.
