NHAI Recruitment 2025: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited applications for recruitment on a deputation basis to the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical). Interested and eligible candidates can submit applications on the official website of NHAI, nhai.gov.in, till 6 pm on 23 July 2025.

NHAI aims to fill 30 posts of Deputy General Manager (Technical) through this recruitment drive.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for this post should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute. Along with this, at least six years of work experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects related to highways, roads, or bridges is mandatory.

The maximum age limit for appointment on a deputation basis has been fixed at 56 years. The age of the candidate should not exceed 56 years as on the last date of application.

Additionally, candidates having experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects will be given preference. NHAI has clarified that this experience will be seen as an added advantage in the selection process.

How much salary will be given?
The salary for the post of Deputy General Manager (Technical) comes under Pay Matrix Level-12, which is fixed from Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200 per month. This information has been given in the official notification.

Condition regarding service location
NHAI has said that for these posts, one may have to work anywhere in the country. Therefore, only those people should apply who are ready to work in any part of India.
