As the first half of 2025 comes to a close IMDb India has updated its list of the most awaited Indian films for the rest of the year revealing a surprise. While big star-led projects featuring Hrithik Roshan Jr NTR Alia Bhatt and Prabhas were anticipated to lead the list a different film has quietly taken the top-most position.

How Coolie Has Become One Of The Most Awaited Film?
The upcoming Pan Indian release ‘Coolie’ is set to be a cinematic event combining action drama and a star-studded ensemble. The film stars Rajinikanth in the lead role with notable appearances from Nagarjuna Upendra Shruti Haasan and Soubin Shahir. Adding to the thrill is a special cameo by Bollywood star Aamir Khan who faces off against Rajinikanth in a high-energy climax and a peppy item track featuring Telugu actress Pooja Hegde.
