Material

To make Sindhi Kadhi, you need to add gram flour, guar pods, lady finger, cauliflower, potato, peas, tomato, fenugreek seeds, rye, cumin, asafetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, tamarind water, ginger paste, curry leaves, finely chopped green coriander, finely chopped green coriander and taste.

Recipe

  • First of all, cut these vegetables into pieces and wash it thoroughly. After this, extract tamarind juice. Now collect these spices in one place and grind tomatoes and make a paste. Now fry the chopped vegetables. When it turns red well, take them out in a separate plate.
  • Now add oil to the pan. When it becomes hot, add fenugreek seeds, mustard, cumin, asafetida and add tempering. After this, add curry leaves. Now add gram flour and keep stirring it. During this time you have to keep the heat on medium flame. Also, you have to take care that there is no lump in gram flour.
  • When it cooks well, then it will start smelling from it and a little color will also change. Then add hot water to it. Now mix it well. Now add turmeric powder, finely chopped ginger, red chili powder and mix it well.
  • Now add tamarind water and garam masala and let it cook for four to five minutes. When it cooks well, turn off the gas. In this way, your Sindhi Kadhi is ready, which will be wonderful to eat with rice or roti.
