Bread spring rolls may be a perfect recipe for breakfast or children’s lunch box. Many children turn to face everyday dishes in tiffin and bring them back half-incomplete. This is a major problem for parents. If you want to change the taste of the children’s mouth, then you can make bread spring rolls and keep it in a breakfast or lunch box. Children like bread spring rolls very much. Elders also like the taste of this food dish. It can also be eaten as a breakfast during the day.

For filling
- Bread Slice-7-8
- Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
- White part of green onion – 2-3 tbsp
- Carrot finely chopped – 1/2 cup
- Cabbage finely chopped – 1 cup
- Chopped yellow capsicum – 1/2 cup
- Green capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
- Red capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
- Ginger chopped – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped garlic – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped green chillies – 1-2
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp
- Tomato Sauce – 1-2 tablespoons
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – as per taste
- For gram flour solution
- Besan – Fourth Cup
- Chopped green chillies – 1-2
- Salt – as per taste
- Celery – 1 tsp
- Cut green coriander leaves
- Frying oil

- First we will prepare the filling to make bread spring. For this, add oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and fry it well.
- After this, add onion in the pan and fry it too.
- After this, add carrots, cabbage, red, yellow and green capsicum to the pan and cook all the things well.
- If you want, you can add more vegetables to fill.
- Now after adding chopped green chillies to the mixture, add salt, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, vinegar and mix.
- After this, add spring anion to it and fry for some time. After this, turn off the gas. Stuffing is ready.
- Now keep the bread in a flat place and press it well and roll it down.
- After this, keep the filling on one side of the bread and then roll it with water. After this, seal the bread well.
- Now put gram flour in a vessel and prepare a mixture of it.
- To make it, make a medium thick solution by mixing ginger, celery, green coriander, a little salt and water in gram flour.
- Now take the prepared roll and immerse it well in a mixture of gram flour.
- After this, put oil in the pan and when the oil is hot, put the bread rolls in the gram flour in the pan and fry the shallow.
- Fry it until the bread spring roll turns golden brown. Similarly, roll all the rolls. You can also keep it in children’s tiffin.
