For filling

  • Bread Slice-7-8
  • Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
  • White part of green onion – 2-3 tbsp
  • Carrot finely chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage finely chopped – 1 cup
  • Chopped yellow capsicum – 1/2 cup
  • Green capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Red capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger chopped – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped garlic – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chillies – 1-2
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 1-2 tablespoons
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • For gram flour solution
  • Besan – Fourth Cup
  • Chopped green chillies – 1-2
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Celery – 1 tsp
  • Cut green coriander leaves
  • Frying oil

  • First we will prepare the filling to make bread spring. For this, add oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and fry it well.
  • After this, add onion in the pan and fry it too.
  • After this, add carrots, cabbage, red, yellow and green capsicum to the pan and cook all the things well.
  • If you want, you can add more vegetables to fill.
  • Now after adding chopped green chillies to the mixture, add salt, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, vinegar and mix.
  • After this, add spring anion to it and fry for some time. After this, turn off the gas. Stuffing is ready.
  • Now keep the bread in a flat place and press it well and roll it down.
  • After this, keep the filling on one side of the bread and then roll it with water. After this, seal the bread well.
  • Now put gram flour in a vessel and prepare a mixture of it.
  • To make it, make a medium thick solution by mixing ginger, celery, green coriander, a little salt and water in gram flour.
  • Now take the prepared roll and immerse it well in a mixture of gram flour.
  • After this, put oil in the pan and when the oil is hot, put the bread rolls in the gram flour in the pan and fry the shallow.
  • Fry it until the bread spring roll turns golden brown. Similarly, roll all the rolls. You can also keep it in children’s tiffin.
