The story of ‘Chennai City Gangsters’ revolves around two ordinary men, Pandi and Poochi, who are given the responsibility to guard a large sum of money. They decide to rob a bank with the help of four quirky ex-convicts. A series of ridiculous and surprising things then unfold as these inexperienced robbers attempt to commit a serious robbery. The plot combines suspense, comedy, and chaos in equal measure.
