Chronic inflammation: Chronic inflammation means that there can be a serious health problem, which remains inside the body for a long time. When our body fights an infection, injury or harmful elements, the immune system causes inflammation under a natural process. It is usually cured in some time, but when this inflammation persists for a long time, it is called chronic inflammation. This situation arises when the body does not continuously recognize any internal threat and the immune system remains active. The reasons behind this include poor lifestyle, excessive stress, obesity, smoking, lack of sleep and excessive intake of processed food. It gradually starts harming the body from inside and can cause many serious diseases.
If there is a long swelling in the body, then it gradually starts damaging the organs and cells. Due to this, the immunity of the body gets disturbed and it also starts attacking healthy tissues. It also affects the heart, brain, liver, intestines and joints. This condition can cause heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's, cancer and autoimmune diseases. Apart from this, frequent inflammation also causes problems of fatigue, weight gain, skin rashes or pimples, digestion disturbances and allergies. Its symptoms are often mild and unseen, so it is very important to identify and control it in time, otherwise it can gradually affect the functioning of the body.
