Recipe

First of all take Hung Curd i.e. thick curd. To thicken the curd, wrap it in muslin cloth and hang it somewhere for a while.

When thick curd is made, mix icing sugar and mix it well. If you want, you can also use whip cream found in the market.

– Then take the bread slices and cut the edges and roll the bread with the help of a rolling. After this, divide the bread slices into 3 pieces.

Now take the cream roll cone and prepare the shape of the cream roll by applying water on the slices of the bread.

After this, with the help of microwave, bake the roll at 200 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.

– When the roll bakes, keep it for some time to cool down. When the roll cools down, fill the cream with the help of cone.

Finally decorate with cherry or james above the cream roll.
