Desk: Big information has been revealed in the world of AI and technology. Google’s parent company Alphabet has obtained top talent and technology license from AI coding startup windsurf. Through this deal, Google has not bought any stake in Windsurf, but its CEO Varun Mohan and co-founder Douglas Chen have been included in the Deepmind Unit. This deal is also special because earlier Openai was thinking of dealing in $ 3 billion from Windsurf but this deal was canceled.

Openai had made a 3 billion deal to buy Windsurf’s technology. But this deal broke due to differences between Openai and its biggest investor Microsoft. According to reports, Openai did not want Microsoft to get Windsurf’s technical access, while Microsoft often gives every technical access to Openai. Spokesperson of Openai said that the exclusive validity of the deal was over, which gave the Windsurf allowed to negotiate with the rest of the companies.
