The application process for these posts has been started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website agnipathvayu.cdac.in. Eligibility Criteria
Science Subject: Candidates must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination in Mathematics, Physics and English subjects with minimum 50% marks and 50% marks in English from the Education Boards recognized by the Center, State and Union Territories.
OR Must have passed three year Diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) from a Polytechnic Institute recognized by the Centre, State and Union Territories with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the Diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in the Diploma course).
OR Must have passed two year vocational course in a non-vocational subject like Physics and Mathematics from the Education Boards recognized by the Centre, State and Union Territories with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the Vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in the Vocational course).
Other than Science subjects: Passed Intermediate/10+2/equivalent examination in any stream/subject from the Education Boards recognized by the Centre, State and Union Territories with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Or passed two-year vocational course from a board of education recognized by the Central, State and Union Territories with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50 marks in English in vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in vocational course).
