Apple is preparing to launch its new budget smartphone iPhone 17E soon, which will be launched in the market next year in spring (Spring 2026). According to reports, this model is part of Apple’s strategy under which it is working towards launching an affordable but high-performance iPhone variant every year. After the success of the iPhone 16E, now there is a lot of curiosity in the users and tech industry regarding the entry of iPhone 17E.
It is being said about the iPhone 17E that it will be available at a more accessible price than the traditional premium devices of Apple, so that more and more users will get the benefit of Apple’s technology. Features like A19 processor, face ID and 48MP camera make it a very strong competitor in their segment.
The latest A19 chipset of Apple in the iPhone 17E can be given, which will be more capable for better performance and AI integration than A18 in the existing iPhone 16E. This chip will be fully prepared for the upcoming updates of Apple Intelligence (AI).
Camera: The device will get a single 48MP rear camera like last time, which will give even better performance with AI based image processing.
Design: There is not much change in design. The notch and face ID system is likely to remain unchanged.
Dynamic Island: This time too, the expectation of getting the Dynamic Island feature is low, that is, it will be limited to premium models.
There is speculation about the C2 modem that it may come in 17E, but most tech analysts believe that Apple can start it with the iPhone 18 series. Nevertheless, the A19 chip and other upgrade make it extremely attractive in their range.
According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, the iPhone 17E will be launched in the next spring. Along with this, new Macbook Pros with M5 chip, new iPads and a new MAC external monitor will also be introduced. As far as the price is concerned, Apple will maintain iPhone 17E as an affordable iPhone option. It is believed that its price can be close to the iPhone 16E so that Apple’s grip in the budget segment is stronger.
