Easy recipe of fried potato chaat, perfect with tea in rain

If you are also looking for such a snack, then fried potato chaat can be a great option for you. It is perfect to eat delicious and easily made chaat, rain in the rain and it can also be prepared immediately at home.

When the taste of potatoes and spices changes in a chaat with a crispy potato, every bite gets pleasure. This snack is liked by everyone from children to elders, and it gives a new experience of taste, especially in the rain.

Fried Potato Chaat Recipe:

Ingredients: Potatoes (boiled)-4-5

Oil – 1 cup (to fry potatoes)

Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon

Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon

Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon (Chopped)

Tamarind Chutney-2-3 Table Spoon

Fresh Yogurt – 4 Table Spoon

salt to taste

Onion – 1 (chopped)

Tomato – 1 (chopped)

Method: First boil the potatoes and peel it and cut it into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato pieces until it becomes light crispy. When the potatoes become golden and crisp, take them out on the kitchen paper and allow additional oil to absorb. Place fried potatoes in a serving plate and add onion, tomato and green coriander over the top. Now add chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, tamarind chutney and curd on top. You can add more spices to taste. Finally, sprinkle a little green coriander and chaat masala and serve.
