Easy recipe for Rice App

Ingredients: Rice – 1 cup (soaked)

Urad Dal – 1/4 cup (soaked)

Green Chilli-1-2 (finely chopped)

Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)

Salt – as per taste

Oil – to bake

Method: Soak rice and urad dal for 4-5 hours and grind it, making a thick batter.

Add green chillies, ginger and salt to the batter.

Heat the app pan, apply light oil.

Add a spoon of batter and cook on low heat.

Bake until golden and crisp from both sides.

Serve hot hot app with coconut chutney or sambar.
