If you are suffering from diabetes, kidney problems, high blood pressure or other diseases, then take care of your food. Do not be negligent in medicines, get the doctor checked up regularly and also get blood tests done as required. Do regular exercise, meditation or yoga and do not consume tobacco and alcohol.
Get your heartbeat checked up every year, your heart, heart, lungs and stomach conditions. Also get blood and urine tests done on doctor’s advice.
If your body mass index (BMI) is more than 30, it is a sign of obesity, which can cause diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. Less than 20 BMI means you are underweight, which can cause irregularity in menstruation and weak bones in women.
Exercise 10-20 minutes daily. To avoid stress, read jokes, watch comedy shows and do not leave a chance to laugh.
The risk of heart diseases increases in men after the age of 30. Women are safe due to hormones until menopause, but after that both can affect both sexes equally.
