Potato roll: Snacks can be used

Potato roll recipe: �Potato is a vegetable that is used in every household. We can say that without this, you cannot even imagine the kitchen. Potato fits with any vegetable. Whatever dish it has tastes more than one. In the case of snacks, food items made from potato are very much liked. One of these is Potato Roll. Many times it happens when even after lunch, there is a slight appetite during the day. In such a situation you can enjoy this dish. Its taste attracts everyone and every member of the house gets rid of it. It is very easily prepared in minutes. Today we are going to tell you its recipe, which will not cause any problem.

Ingredients

Potato boiled – 2

Flour – 1 bowl

Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp

Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp

Turmeric – 1/4 T Sprinks

Kasuri Methi – 1 T Spoon

Oil – required

Salt – as per taste

Recipe

First of all, boil the potatoes and peel them and grate them in a mixing bowl.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric, chaat masala, garam masala, kasuri fenugreek and salt and mix well.

After this, take maida in another vessel and knead the dough by adding some water to it. After kneading the dough, make its dough.

Now take a dough and prepare its thin bread and make a cylindrical masala of the potato mixture and keep it in the middle of the roti.

After this, cut the rolls while cut from the spices and finally stick it on the edge of the roll.

Similarly, all the doughs are rolled and prepare their rolls and keep it aside in the plate. Now take a pan and add oil to it and heat it on medium heat.

– When the oil is hot, add potato rolls and deep fry it. Fry the rolls well in 1 to 2 minutes.

– While frying them, keep running continuously with the help of karachi. They have to fry until their color is golden and these rolls become crispy.

Now take them out in a plate. Potato rolls are ready. Serve them with tomato sauce.
