Material (Sawan Special, Potato Halwa Recipe)
- Boiled Potatoes – 3 (medium sized)
- Desi Ghee – 2 to 3 Table Spoon
- Chinese – 4 tablespoons
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sliced dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins etc.) – 2 tablespoons

Method (Sawan Special, Potato Halwa Recipe)
- First of all, peel the boiled potatoes and mash it well or grate it.
- Now heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add mashed potatoes to it and fry on medium flame.
- Fry the potatoes until it takes the golden color and starts leaving the ghee (about 5–7 minutes).
- Now add milk to it and cook for some time.
- Then add sugar to it. The pudding may be thinner for a while as soon as the sugar is added, but gradually it will become thick.
- Now add cardamom powder and chopped dryfruits. Cook 2-3 minutes and until the pudding starts leaving ghee.
Now your delicious and fasting potato pudding is ready, which you can offer to Bholenath as enjoyment.
