Corn Poha will not be able to do nutritious and delicious breakfast

Corn Poha Recipe: �Whenever the matter of street food goes on, it definitely comes to the name of Pohe which is very popular. By the way, it is also made as breakfast in homes. To make it healthy with tasty, corn is added to it. In such a situation, Corn Poha is a great choice for breakfast. Children also like this very much and this dish can also be kept in their tiffin. Corn is rich in fiber. Poha is also very light in terms of digestion. This is the reason why corn poha is a hit as breakfast and fits on every scale. It is very simple to make and this dish full of taste is also ready within minutes. If you want to eat something light in breakfast, you can make corn poha. Let’s know the very easy recipe to make it.

Ingredients

Corn boiled – 1/2 cup

Poha – 2 cups

Onion – 1

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Rye – 1 tsp

Green Chilli – 2

Green coriander chopped – 2 tablespoons

Milk – 2 tablespoons

Sugar – 2 tsp

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Oil – 1 table spoon

Salt – as per taste

For decoration

Tomato finely chopped – 1

Onion finely chopped – 1/2

Save – 1/4 cup

Recipe

First of all clean the pohe and wash it and sieve it. After this, keep the pohe aside.

After this, finely cut onion, tomato, green chillies and green coriander leaves. Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let it crackle. After this, add finely chopped onion and green chillies and fry it until the onion becomes soft and light brown.

– When the onion becomes soft, then add boiled sweet corn to it and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring.

After roasting the maize, add soaked pohe and mix it well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring.

After this, add turmeric, sugar, lemon, green coriander leaves and salt as per taste and mix it well with the help of karchhi.

– Turn off the gas after cooking for some time. Now put the corn pohe serving bowl and garnish the finely chopped tomatoes, onions and sev.
