The nominations for the Emmys 2025 are finally out, and the stage is set for a fight between the biggest streaming services. This year's nominees include everything from twisty dramas and sharp comedies to gripping limited series. There are both new hits and old favorites.

The first two categories for the annual award show were revealed on CBS Mornings on July 15, marking the official arrival of the nominations. Later in the day, the official livestream of the award show will reveal the remaining nominations. Brenda Song (“Running Point”) and Harvey Guillen (“What We Do in the Shadows”) will make the remaining nomination announcements at 8:30 a.m. PT.

Many returning series were predicted to rule the categories once more going into nomination day.

Seth Rogen's hilarious parody of everything Hollywood, "The Studio," and Adam Scott's twisted workplace drama, "Severance," are predicted to be two of the major contenders in this year's Emmy race. Both are affiliated with Apple TV+, which may have a stellar year for the streamer. Additionally, there are the potentially popular songs "Slow Horses," "Shrinking," and "Presumed Innocent."
