You can make idli of kuttu flour with the help of the ingredients being mentioned here, which is as follows…

Materials to make

  • Kuttu flour one cup
  • Boiled Potatoes of Medium Size
  • Curd half cup
  • Rock salt as per taste
  • Green chili a finely chopped
  • Ginger a teaspoon grated
  • Ino Fruit Salt a teaspoon
  • To grease desi ghee or oil idli molds
  • Green coriander finely chopped

Idli recipe

  • First take a kuttu flour in a bowl.
  • Now add mashed potatoes, curd, green chillies and ginger to it.
  • Now add rock salt as per taste and prepare a thick solution by adding some water.
  • After this, cover it for at least 10 minutes so that the dough swells slightly.
  • Now grease the idli mold with ghee or oil.
  • After this, mix ino in the batter and beat it immediately.
  • Now immediately pour it into the idli molds and cook in a pre -warm steamer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • You can check with a knife or a toothpick, if it comes out clearly, the Idolis are ready.
  • Now let the Idolis cool down and then remove it from the mold.
  • From above you can decorate with green coriander.
  • Now you can serve these delicious kuttu idolis with fasting coconut chutney or curd.
