Desk: Openai’s popular AI Chatbot will no longer be limited to answering your questions. The company is soon preparing to compete with tools like Microsoft’s Excel and PowerPoint, for this the company is going to add some tools to the chatGPT that will do your work in your works like Excel and PowerPuint. After adding new features to the chat GPT, it will be very easy for children to do school work and office work for people.
According to the report, there is a preparation to add tools to OpenAI’s chat GPT that will allow users to make presentations and spreadsheets from the chat interface itself. These files will be made using the open-source format which will be fully compatible with the Microsoft office. The hassle of switching on different apps for different programs will also end, because in the chat GPT you will find buttons to make charts, tables, slides and you will also be given step by step guide.
These new tools coming to the Chat GPT will be able to work easily and fast and help people in avoiding expensive subscriptions of Microsoft 365. Openai is working on such AI powered systems that will help not only the spreadsheet and presentation but also to schedule meeting, create reports and even work like basic web based action.
If this AI agent is successful, Chatgpt will emerge as a virtual productive assistant which can prove to be helpful in corporate work. Although no official launch timeline has been given by OpenAI, this tool can become a major challenge for Microsoft whose business model is largely dependent on software subscriptions.
According to media reports, the existing prototype has some limitations such as the unavailability of features such as real-time collecting, speed and cloud storage, which can cause problems for users initially. But if OpenAI removes all these problems, then the chat will emerge as a productivity platform.
