Openai Famous AI Chatbot of Chatgpt It has become a cause of trouble for users worldwide. Especially in the US, where more than 8500 users complained of outage. These complaints were made in the login with problems like problems, error messages, lack of chat and unusual activity.
According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, about 81% of users faced problems to Chatgpt. At the same time, 10% of the users had problems in accessing the website, and 9% of the users had trouble using the mobile app.
In India too, some users reported problems to Chatgpt, but their number was very less comparatively. By 7:30 am, only 153 users lodged a complaint of outage. It is believed that the state of internet connectivity in India and the location of users can be a reason behind this.
Many users faced problems such as not being able to login, frequent error messages, not opening chats, and getting alert on unusual activity. Many users shared their experiences on social media and posted screenshots and expressed concern.
Openai, while accepting this outage on its service status page, said, “We have recognized that some users are facing errors in our services. Our team is trying to solve this problem.”
Taking immediate action from the company, the technical team has been engaged in the solution process. However, it has not been clarified yet whether the problem has been completely cured or not.
Openai has not yet given any definite reason for this outage. However, the message of “Unusual Activity” indicates that there may be any problem to technical or safety. Usually such problems arise due to reasons such as high traffic, system updates or cyber attacks.
