The government gives 6000 rupees annually to the farmers

The 19th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana came a month before the scheduled time i.e. on 24 February. But this time the wait is increasing. More than half of July has passed, but there is no trace of the money yet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi definitely mentioned about taking the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana to the farmers. He also told that more than 5 lakh farmers in Motihari have got more than Rs 1500 crore in their accounts, but there has been no talk of the 20th installment.

There has been a delay in releasing the money only once in 6 years

However, there are still days left for the month of July to end. In such a situation, there is a possibility of getting good news by the end of the month. This has happened on some occasions before, when farmers had to wait a bit for the installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. In the last six years, it has happened only once when PM Kisan's Rs 2000 reached the account late than the scheduled time. In the year 2020, during the Corona period, the installment from December to March was transferred to the account on 4 April 2020. After this, it never happened that the installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi did not reach the account on time.

Farmers had to wait in 2023 as well

If we talk about the installment coming between May to July, then on most occasions Rs 2000 is transferred to the farmers' account before July. In the year 2023, it happened only once, when one had to wait till July 27 for the installment of 2000. If this money does not reach by July 27, then it will be the first time when there will be such a delay in the installment of May to July.

Farmers are also worried about whether the previous records will be broken this time. If this money does not come by July 27 or drags on till August, then the record of this ambitious scheme will be broken. However, there is still time for the month of July to end.
