- Sweet Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
- Butter – 1 table spoon
- All-purpose flour-1 table spoon
- Milk – 1 cup (lukewarm)
- Processed cheese – 1/2 cup (grated)
- Chile Flex – 1/2 tsp
- Origano – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Green Coriander – A little bit (finely chopped)

Method (Creamy Corn Cheese Recipe)
- First of all heat butter in a pan. Then add maida to it and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring on low flame, so that there is no raw taste.
- Now slowly add lukewarm milk and keep stirring continuously so that kernels do not become. In a short time it will be like a creamy sauce.
- Add grated cheese to it and mix until the thing is completely melted.
