Kitchen Hacks: Embroidery Paneer Recipe, Tasty to Eat and Easy to Create

Kitchen hacks: If you are fond of eating cheese and want to eat some new flavor vegetables, then the pan paneer is a good vegetable for you. If you eat it with puri parathas, you will look even more tasty.

The special thing is that you can prepare the Kadhi Paneer in just 10 to 15 minutes. The pan is very tasty to eat cheese. Capsicum and onion pieces lying in it further enhance the taste of cheese. Let us know the recipe of Kadhi Paneer.

Ingredients to make embroidery cheese:

300 grams cheese

1 capsicum

3 tomatoes

2 green chillies

10-12 cashews

1 teaspoon ginger paste

Green coriander and kasoori fenugreek

In spices, 1 pinch of asafoetida, half teaspoon cumin, 1/3 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon,

Coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, garam masala and salt

2-3 table spoon oil to make vegetables

Embroidery Paneer Recipe:

First of all, cut the cheese and capsicum into square pieces. Remove the middle of the capsicum.

Now put some oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces lightly.

After this, fry the pieces of capsicum in the same oil till they become a little crancy.

Remove the cheese and capsicum in a plate.

Now grind tomatoes, green chillies and cashew nuts and make a fine paste.

Now heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and add cumin seeds to it. If cumin is roasted, add asafetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kasoori methi and fry the spices lightly.

Add red chili powder to it and add ginger paste, tomato, green chilli and cashew paste.

Fry the spices until the oil comes over the spices.

Now add salt, garam masala and mix it. Add about half a cup of water.

Add paneer and capsicum pieces to it and cook for 5 minutes till it mixes the spice.

After forming, turn off the gas and add green coriander and mix it well.

Serve the embroidery cheese with puri, parantha or naan.
