Morning workout
- Wake up till 7-8 am and drink lemon in warm water with 1 pinch of pink salt.
- After this, you have to walk a fast walk of 30-40 minutes in which a target of walking 6,000 steps.
- Instead, instead, keep the option to run 15 minutes HIIT or 10,000-15,000 steps in a day.
- Those who do not have time to go to the gym should take 12,000 steps throughout the day. Climb the stairs, walk during the call, walk 5-10 minutes after meals.
- An option is that 15 minutes of fat burning workouts (3 times a week), 20 jumping jacks, 15 squats, 10 pushups (if necessary if necessary), 20 high neej, plank of 30 seconds. Repeat all exercises in 3 sets.
