Lemon acts like a natural bleaching agent. The vitamin C present in it effectively removes dead skin cells. It also improves skin tone. Rubbing lemon pieces on the elbow and knees will give good results.
Yogurt is very good for skin tone. The lactic acid found in it keeps the skin moist. Apply curd on your elbow and knees. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water.
Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E. It helps to keep the skin moist and get rid of blackheads. Massage at least two to three times a week, with light hands with coconut oil on your elbow and knees. If you do it regularly, the blackheads of those places will disappear. Rub a piece of potato on your elbow and knees for 5 minutes. Then wash it with water. You will see good results.
