1 cup maida,
2-4 boiled potatoes,
1 cup cheese, 1
/4 teaspoon red chili,
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder,
1 teaspoon chaat masala,
1/4 teaspoon garam masala,
Oil to fry salt, as per taste.
How to make cheese-potato samosa
To make Neer-Aloo samosa, first of all, add flour, salt and a little water in a bowl and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough is neither too strict nor too soft.
Now make samosas stuffing by mixing boiled potatoes, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in a bowl.
Then make small doughs of the dough that you have kneaded.
Now roll the dough like a complete and add one teaspoon of potato cheese stuffing to it and fold the triangle in the shape of samosas.
