Stuffed bitter gourd such a wonderful dish

Stuffed bitter gourd: Bitter gourd may be bitter, but its benefits are precious. Often, not only children, even the elders turn their face with its vegetable. However, stuffed bitter gourd is a wonderful dish that reduces the bitterness of bitter gourd in its spices and cooking ways and makes it so tasty that the old man, the children will also eat it with fervor!

Material for stuffed bitter gourd
5-6 medium-sized bitter gourd, 2 onion, 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste, 1-2 green chillies, 2 teaspoons fennel powder, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 2 tablespoons of amchur powder, 1 small spoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of church, 1/4 teaspoon-spoon or spoon Taste, to fry oil

Method of making stuffed bitter gourd
Wash the karels thoroughly, then peel the above layer with a knife. Now apply a long incision from one side of the bitter gourd and remove the seeds from inside. Mix salt inside the bitter gourd. Keep it aside for at least 1 hour. An hour later, squeeze the karels thoroughly and remove all the bitter water.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add asafetida and cumin seeds to it. When the cumin seeds crackle, add garlic-ginger paste and green chillies and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and red chili powder and fry for 1 minute on low flame.

Squeeze the water of salt bitter gourd pulp and peeling and add it to it. Fry it continuously on medium flame for 5-7 minutes, until all its water dries and it cooks well. Now add mango powder and jaggery powder and mix well. Fry 1-2 minutes and turn off the gas.

Fill the prepared spices well inside every bitter gourd. Fill the spices slightly so that it does not come out while frying. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, keep the stuffed karils in the pan carefully. Cook the karels on low flame until golden brown and soft from all sides. When the bitter gourd cooks well and their color becomes dark, turn off the gas.
