You can serve cheese paratha with chutney, curd, raita or mayonnaise. So let’s know how Paneer Paratha is made for breakfast.
Material for cheese paratha
- Wheat flour – 300 grams
- Paneer – 200 grams
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – less than 1/4 tsp
- Ghee or butter
- Ginger- 1 inch grated
- Green Coriander – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Salt – as per taste
How to make cheese paratha
- First filter the dough, add half a teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of ghee and soften it with the help of hot water and keep it covered.
- Now grate the cheese in a bowl and add finely chopped ginger, coriander, coriander to it.
- Add powder, red chili powder and salt. You can also add finely chopped green chilies. Now put the pan on the gas and heat it.
- Now make a dough of flour and roll it round in a diameter. Now put 1 to 2 teaspoons of cheese pithi on top of it and lift the dough from all sides and fill it.
- Roll it with the help of flour and give it the shape of parantha. Now keep the rolled paratha carefully on the hot pan and make the gas medium.
- When it starts to become light brown, turn it over and apply ghee. Now while frying, apply ghee on both sides and keep turning till it turns brown.
- Now remove the paratha from the pan and keep it in a plate. Similarly, fill the cheese in all the flour and keep making parathas. Now serve with curd or chutney in a hot plate.
