Latest information to Haryana Monsoon Alert has come out. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted active monsoon again in the state from July 27, due to which rain may return in many districts.

Rainfall will slow down today and tomorrow, new turn from 27th

After heavy rains in Haryana in the last few days, the weather has given some relief at present. According to IMD, the weather will remain clear in most districts today and tomorrow i.e. on 25-26 July.

However, there is a possibility of light rain (Rain Alert Haryana) in some districts like Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat and Sonipat. But IMD has made it clear that the monsoon may gain momentum again from July 27, due to which (Yellow Alert Haryana) has been issued for these districts.

Rainfall data so far in the state

Haryana has recorded 23% more rainfall than the average so far. According to the IMD, while the average rainfall should have been 170.3 mm till July 24, 208.8 mm rainfall has been recorded so far.

The highest rainfall has occurred in Yamunanagar district, where 472.3 mm of rain has been recorded so far. On the other hand, the lowest rainfall has been reported in Kaithal district.
