Rajasthan Public Service Commission has issued an official notification for the recruitment of a total of 281 posts of Assistant Agricultural Engineer. If you also want to work as an Assistant Agricultural Engineer in Rajasthan, then you can apply for these posts from July 28, 2025. In such a situation, if you have a degree in Agricultural Engineering, then you will be eligible to apply for this post. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply online by visiting the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The last date to apply for these posts has been fixed as August 26, 2025.

Educational Qualification

To apply for these posts, the candidates must have obtained a degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized institute in India. Apart from this, the candidates should have knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari and knowledge of the culture of Rajasthan.

Age Limit

To apply for the post of Assistant Agricultural Engineer, the minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years, and the maximum age should be less than 40 years. However, candidates will also be given relaxation in the age limit. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, EWS, and General Category Female candidates of Rajasthan state will be given 5 5-year relaxation in the age limit. Also, candidates of the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, the Other Backward Class, Extremely Backward Class, and the Economically Weaker Section of Rajasthan state will be given 10 10-year relaxation in the age limit.

Application Fee

Candidates will also have to pay an application fee to apply. The application fee for general category candidates has been fixed at Rs 600. Whereas Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, EWS, and Divyang candidates will have to pay Rs 400 as application fee.

Exam Pattern

Candidates will be asked 150 multiple-choice type questions of 150 marks from the subject related to them. This exam will be conducted for two hours and 30 minutes. Also, there will be negative marking of one mark for each correct answer and one-third mark for each wrong answer in the exam.
