Wheat flour – 2 cups
Rajma boiled – 1 cup
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Cucumber Grafts – 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 T Spoon
Onion grate – 1
Tomato chopped – 1
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Yogurt Flamed – 1/2 cup
Cumin Powder – 1 T Spoon
Tomato Sauce-2-3 T Spoon
Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon
Oil – as per need
Salt – as per taste
– First of all sieve the dough in a mixing bowl. After this, add a little oil and salt and mix it well.
Now knead the dough by adding some water. Meanwhile, put Rajma in a cooker and boil till 4-5 seats.
After this, take out the rajma from the cooker and put it in a vessel and press it with the help of a spoon and mash it.
Now take the dough and make its dough and roll it with each bread and take it off lightly on the pan. Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
When the oil is hot, add ginger garlic paste and fry it. After this, add onion, tomato, turmeric, cumin seeds etc. and fry them until the onion and tomato softens.
Now add mashed rajma in it and with the help of karchhi, mix all the things thoroughly.
– Then add tomato sauce, salt and a little water and let it cook. Now whisk curd in a bowl to make curd dressing.
After this, add finely chopped cabbage, grated cucumber and salt and mix it.
Now to make a roll, first take the bread and heat it on the pan again and then take it off in a plate.
– Apply tomato sauce and garlic chutney over it. After this, put Rajma stuffing and spread the dressing prepared from curd above.
– Now make a roll of roti. Similarly, make Rajma rolls with all the rotis. Rajma has been ready as a role.
