Start the day in rain with light and sulfate-free face wash. This keeps the skin pores open and excess oil and dirt is cleaned, due to which the skin can breathe. Washing the face twice a day is enough.
Applying oil-based cream or heavy moisturizer in such weather makes the face sweat more. Instead, choose gel-based or water-based products, which also keep the skin hydrated and also protect them from viscosity.
Apply multani mitti, neem or sandalwood face pack once a week during the rainy season. They cool the skin and help in controlling oil, which also reduces sweat.
Use blotting paper or alcohol-free face wipes instead of tissue in case of frequent sweating on the face. This will also keep the skin clean and makeup will not spoil.
Use a good toner after face wash. The toner shrinks the pores, which reduces the sweat. Rose water or cucumber toner is very beneficial in the monsoon.
The harmful rays of the sun can damage the skin even during the rainy season. So every day, apply jailed, matte finish sunscreen. This will also protect the face from sweat and also from tanning.
The problem of sweat is not only from outside, but also with your diet. More spicy, oily food produces heat in the body, which increases sweating. Drink more water, take fruits, salads and light food.
