Bihar BSEB Class 11 Admission 2025: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued the third merit list for Class 11 admissions for the 2025–27 session at ofssbihar.in.
Bihar BSEB Class 11 Admission 2025: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued the third merit list for Class 11 admissions for the 2025–27 session. Applicants who had filled their application forms through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) can now check their admission status on the official website at ofssbihar.in.
Earlier, the first and second merit lists were released on June 6 and July 15, 2025, respectively. The third list, released on July 28, 2025, enables the chosen students to accept admission up to July 31, 2025.
The students who have been allocated a seat under this round are required to download their Intimation Letter from the portal of OFSS prior to visiting the institution that has been allocated to them. At the time of admission, they need to carry necessary documents including the Intimation Letter, original certificates, migration certificate, and other documents as applicable. The admission charges are also to be paid on the spot at the institution.
Those who have received an allotment for the first time in this round must ensure that they complete their admission by July 31, or they risk losing the seat. If a student is unhappy with the institution allotted, they can opt for the Slide Up feature, which allows consideration for a higher-preference college or school. Meanwhile, those students whose names will not figure in any of the three released lists should hold on and wait for the Spot Admission round, which is expected to be conducted after August 1, 2025.
To prevent errors in the application process of OFSS, students must adhere to a few important principles. They may select a maximum of 20 schools or colleges and are required to list them in preferred order since the first accepted college is considered final by default. A phone number and ID for email are required for OTP authentication and receiving updates. Most importantly, the application fee needs to be paid by the students because non-payment would result in automatic rejection of the form. In case online payment is not feasible, offline payment through bank challan is also possible.
