WhatsApp has announced a remind me feature rollout in their Android Beta version 2.25.21.14.
“Remind Me” is a feature that facilitates users to release any important messages. If any important message comes, you can set a reminder on it, and whatsapp itself will remind you of this message through notification at a certain time. In particular, this feature works not only on the text message but also works on image, video, GIF, audio and documents. You can apply a reminder for 2 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours and custom time for the message.
Long press on the message that you want to set the reminder on which you want to set up. The bell icon appears on top, click on it. A menu will open in which you will get the option of choosing time. Once set up, you will get a notification from WhatsApp at the time set up. To delete the reminder, click again on the same message and click on the reminder delete.
