Till now users could check the balance of their bank account whenever they wanted, as many times as they wanted. But from August 1, this has been changed. Under the new guidelines, a user will be able to check the balance only a maximum of 50 times a day. This limit has been implemented so that there is no excessive load on the server during necessary payments and the transaction process can be done without any interruption.

A limit has now been set on the facility of checking bank account through an app. Now users will be able to view their bank account details from that app only a maximum of 25 times in a day.

Many users keep their payments set on auto mode, such as Netflix subscription, SIP installments or electricity-water bills etc. Now such autopay transactions will also be processed at a fixed time. The time from 10 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 9:30 pm has been included in peak hours.

Limit also applies to payment status check

After making a payment, everyone definitely checks its status once or twice, whether for their own satisfaction or to show it to the other person. But now a limit has been set on this status checking facility. Now you will be able to check the payment status only 3 times in a day, and there will be a gap of at least 90 seconds between each time.

Limit in payment reversal (refund)

Now a limit has been set for chargeback i.e. payment reversal. Any user will be allowed to request chargeback a maximum of 10 times in 30 days and only 5 times from any one person or organization.
