Do not use these oils even after forgetting
You should not forget to use these oils even to cook, it affects your health.
1- Use sunflower oil
If you use sunflower oil for cooking, it is not good for health. In fact, this oil oxidize on high heat and releases harmful free radicals, which increases the risk of cell damage and age diseases in the body.
2. Use of soybean oil is not right
People often use this oil in the kitchen for cooking. In case of health or oil is not beneficial, it is actually highly refined. This oil contains high amount of omega-6 fatty acids which increases inflammation in the body. Heart disease, diabetes and obesity are at risk of consuming this oil.
3. Canoa oil
If you use this oil for cooking, even if it is healthy but it causes harm. Hydrogenation is performed during its processing, making trans fat. Trans fat cholesterol in this oil is the main cause of imbalance, heart disease and metabolic disorder.
4. Palam oil
Outside food is often prepared with such cheap oil. The saturated fat present in it can block your arteries. Its frequent intake increases cholesterol and also increases heart diseases.
5- Maize oil
You should not use food maize oil. Maize oil is also rich in omega-6 and chemical solvents are used many times during its processing. It promotes many health problems with weight gain.
