Stale bread kofta is a dish which is a combination of taste, health and understanding. In this, you will not have to work much and do not spend too much. Just some common household spices and a little trick, these koftas will become the pride of your food.
For this delicious recipe, you need, 4-5 rotis, boiled potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, gram flour and a little oil. Grind the rotis in a grinder and make fine powder.
Mix boiled potatoes and all the spices well in the bread.
Now prepare a thick mixture by mixing some gram flour.
Make small shells with this mixture and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden.
If you want, you can also serve these koftas by putting them in gravy.
