The morning breakfast should be delicious as well as healthy so that the energy remains throughout the day and it is a favorite snack of all the Dhokla and if Sprouts Dhokla (Sprouts Dhokla) is a great combination of taste and health. Material

Green moong sprouts – 1 cup
Gram flour – 2 table spoon
Curd – 2 tablespoons (folded)
Ginger-green chili paste-1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Eno or baking soda – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric – 1/4 T Sprinks
Water – as per requirement
Rye – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli – 2 (long chopped)
Curry leaves-6-8
Oil – 1 tsp
Green coriander – for decoration
Coconut Burada – 1 T Spoon

Method

  1. To make sprouts dhokla, grind the sprouts in a grinder to make a sprouts. If needed, add some more water so that a smooth paste is made.
  2. Add gram flour, curd, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric, lemon juice and salt to ground sprouts. If needed, add some water and prepare a batter like Dhokla. The batter is not too thin nor too thick.
  3. Now add eno or baking soda to it and mix immediately. Pour the batter into the grease dhokla mold and cook in a pre-hot steamer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds, then add green chillies and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds. Put this tempering on the prepared dhokla.
  5. Sprinkle green coriander and coconut bad on top. Cut into pieces and serve hot sprouts dhokla with green chutney or tomato sauce.
  6. This dish is rich in protein, fiber and vitamins. It is also a great option for those who lose weight. Children can also be given in tiffin.
