First step- To make cream paratha, knead wheat dough. Keep in mind that you have to prepare a very soft dough for the paratha. Keep the dough to be set for 10 minutes.
Second step- Now take cream in a bowl. The cream should be thick and there should not be milk at all. You should use 1-2 days old cream which makes a slight freezing when kept in the fridge. Beat the cream lightly.
Third step- Now take 2 equal size dough from the dough. Keep the size of the dough according to the medium paratha. Roll out a dough like bread and keep it in a plate. Now roll the second dough like bread. Now apply cream with a spoon on a dough.
Fourth step- Put ground sugar or boora over the cream. Keep the sweetness according to your own and prepare it by adding cardamom powder, pistachio chopped or dry fruits powder, coconut powder. Now keep the other bread rolled and close the corner by keeping it from above.
Fifth step- If you want, increase the paratha and increase it with a cylinder 1-2 times. If there is a fear of bursting the paratha, then put both the rotis on the pan and bake the paratha on the medium flame. Bake the cream paratha in desi ghee and eat it.
