At this point you can make a mango sauce to make it to the meal. Aamsulas are also called Kokam. Kokum is used to add fish, solid, or a rough smell of substances. Eating cocum reduces acidity or bile in the body. If there are frequent digestive problems, drink regular kokum syrup. Action:

  • First of all to make the cocum sauce, grab the coconut inside the wet coconut. Along with that, the cilantro is also finely chopped.
  • Add the coconut, cilantro, green chillies, cumin seeds and a fine piece of dough. Do not add too much water when finely chopped.
  • Then add sugar, mango, salt and garlic cloves to taste and divide it again.
