If you are bored by eating the same biscuits or market salty every day, then now is the time to try something new and tasty. This time make the traditional snacks of Bengal a part of your T-time. Bengali snacks provide a great synergy of sweetness and spices, which people of all ages like it.

There are some such famous Bengali snacks here, which you can easily make at home and they are not only tremendous in taste but also light.

Chestnut

The popular samosa of Bengal which is called ‘Singhara’. Potatoes are prepared by filling with peanuts and desi spices. Its taste doubles with tea.

Potato Chop

This Bengali style is a potato tikki which is deep fryed by immersing the spicy potato mixture in a gram flour solution. It is served with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Muglai Paratha
